Responsibilities (The work at hand)

  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation, ensuring project remains withing scope schedules and Budget
  • Establish and maintain relationship with client stakeholders and provide timely project status and progress reporting
  • Be capable of context switching into tracking executive-level reporting and high-level milestones with implementation teams and delivery teams. This position will not have the luxury of a “one size fits all” approach, so a dynamic self-starter is required
  • Facilitate meetings, including scrums, elicitation calls, follow up with third party teams including vendors and in general project management calls
  • Record meetings, document outcomes, distribute meeting minutes, agendas, etc.
  • Demonstrate a passionate approach to project management to establish processes and drive projects forward
  • Collaborate with various members of the using tools like Monday.com, MS Teams, Google Workspaces and Office 365

Qualifications (Certifications are important, but we care more about your practical experience)

Must Haves – Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role
  • External stakeholder and client experience
  • Experience in Agile/scrum development environment
  • Experience with customer status reports
Nice to Haves – Desired Skills
  • PMP Certification
  • Cyber Security experience
