John Blackburn, a founding Partner at NXT, LLC, is a seasoned executive that has led significant business transformation programs both internally and for clients. He spent the early part of his career at large consulting firms (Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse Coopers and IBM GBS) where he focused on transforming the customer experience across retail, consumer goods and hospitality. He created and led teams across Asia, Europe, Latin America and the US. In these roles and others, he has organized and lead $2billion+ and $800million+ business units to sustainable growth. His current focus is on helping midsized to large organizations get closer to their customers through digital initiatives and setting up sales and delivery operations to develop and deploy business critical programs. In his last role before NXT, he was instrumental in creating a business model that reversed the profitability of his business unit, drove significant revenue growth and double digit profitability across Government and Commercial sectors. This was key to securing a sizable strategic investment from Private Equity.
